COVID-19 and multicultural education in Brazil

چکیده

The paper aims to discuss the effects of COVID-19 on Brazilian educational scenario. It analyses directives in pandemic times, gleaning possibilities and challenges for curriculum different levels schooling. focus study is two-fold: it theoretically discusses need multicultural intersectional perspectives culturally diverse countries policies issued by National Council Education at time pandemic, suggesting ways which they could enhance a multicultural, perspective their recommendations. Based perspective, argues that technical dimension permeates directives, relevant though may be, should arguably be accompanied ideas students’ emotional, affectionate cultural dimensions, complex times as those lived them all middle pandemic.
